Cancellation and Refund Policy:

We want your event to be perfect, so please schedule a FREE 15-minute consultation with us before booking and paying for any event services. This helps us ensure we meet your needs.

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are due at the time of booking. If you book without a prior consultation, you’re still responsible for this non-refundable deposit.

Refunds for Cancellations:

• 30 days or more before your event: Full refund (excluding your non-refundable deposit).
• Between 8 and 29 days before your event: 50% refund (excluding your non-refundable deposit).
• 7 days or less before your event: 25% refund (excluding your non-refundable deposit).

Remaining Balances:

All remaining balances are due 45 days before your scheduled event. If payment isn’t received by this deadline, your event will be canceled, and your initial deposit will be forfeited. To re-book, you’ll need to pay an additional deposit, plus the full remaining balance, within 48 hours of the cancellation.

Late Bookings:

For events booked less than 45 days in advance, full payment is required within one week of booking. If payment isn’t received within this week, the event will be canceled, your initial deposit forfeited, and to re-book, you’ll need to pay an additional deposit plus the full remaining balance within 48 hours of the cancellation.
