Are your caregivers qualified to handle children of all ages?

Yes, our team members are trained and experienced in working with children of all age groups.

What are your cancellation and refund policies?

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are due at the time of booking. If you book without a prior consultation, you’re still responsible for this non-refundable deposit.

Refunds for Cancellations:

• 30 days or more before your event: Full refund (excluding your non-refundable deposit).
• Between 14 and 29 days before your event: 50% refund (excluding your non-refundable deposit).
• 13 days or less before your event: 25% refund (excluding your non-refundable deposit).

What if I need a last minute booking?

You can book our services online up to two weeks before your event. For bookings made less than two weeks before your event, a  15% late-booking surcharge will apply. Please contact us if you need to schedule services less than two weeks out.

When do I need to pay off my balance?

All remaining balances are due 45 days before your scheduled event. If payment isn’t received by this deadline, your services will be canceled, and your initial deposit will be forfeited. To re-book, you’ll need to pay an additional deposit, plus the full remaining balance, within 48 hours of the cancellation. 

If your event is booked less than 45 days in advance, full payment is due within one week of booking. If we don’t receive payment within this week, your event will be canceled, and your initial deposit will be forfeited. To re-book, you’ll need to pay an additional deposit plus the full remaining balance within 48 hours of the cancellation.
